John Koblas, in an effort to bring his love of history to junior readers, has written a series of history-mysteries, where two fourteen-year-olds, one a pretty decent sleuth and the other a walking encyclopedia, get themselves into a series of situations where both history and detective work come into play. The stories are action-packed and illustrated with cartoon-like characters.
